Williamsburg area Property Management

We recently leased a home managed by Liz Moore and Associates. Our experience was truly carefree. The process was clear and smooth and the home was spotless when we moved in. Our Property Manager is Allison Miller who is very attentive in responding quickly to any questions we have. We are new to leasing and Allison took all the uncertainty out of the process. Since we have moved in, Allison has reached out several times to make sure everything is going well and she has been very patient with any questions we have had. Thank you, Allison!

I've dealt with Liz Moore & Associates for about three years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Responses to maintenance requests are always incredibly prompt, give good prior notice for rental inspections, and in general, they've been nothing but kind and friendly. I had two terrible rental management companies handling our rentals in the past, and I really do appreciate them.

We have used LM&A for the past three years as well as my dad for our rental properties. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. Specifically, Genia Pryor, our PM is phenomenal. She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and is always looking out for us as landlords and the tenants too. I would HIGHLY recommend her and will continue to use her as our property manager for years to come. It’s comforting to know that we never have to worry about anything for our investment and when it was unoccupied it took a matter of days or a couple weeks to sign a new contract with tenants! Peace of mind is what we get from LM&A and Genia! 100% satisfaction always!
