Allison joined Liz Moore and Associates in 2016 as the Maintenance Manager for Property Management and after 4 years with the company, transitioned into a Property Manager position and received your Real Estate License for the great state of Virginia.

Allison was born on the eastern shore of Virginia and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia where she graduated from Lafayette High School in 1999. After graduation she studied Liberal Arts at Thomas Nelson and then Trident Technical College in Charleston South Carolina.

Allison lived in Charleston, South Carolina for 16 years before moving back home to Williamsburg, VA. Allison got involved in property management while working for Avocet Properties on Folly Beach and became a Property Manager. She earned her license and managed short term vacation rentals and long-term rentals.

Allison lives in Williamsburg with her husband Jeremy, daughter Grace, two cats Selene and Bodhi and dog Hurley. In her spare time, you will find Allison enjoying time at the beach or riding roller coasters at Busch Gardens. She has a green thumb and loves being outdoors with all her plants and flowers.

A lifelong Virginia local with deep roots and an adventurous spirit, Kimberly began her real estate journey in her 20s in the charming town of Fredericksburg. Over the decades, her passion, drive, and dedication have taken her far! Professionally and personally. Now with over 30 years of experience in residential, HOA, and commercial property management, Kimberly brings a rare blend of expertise and heart to every property she touches.

She’s not only a seasoned professional but she also treasures her longtime friendships, some spanning more than 45 years, and makes it a priority to travel, especially to her beloved Mexico. When she’s not managing properties, Kimberly can be found tending to her garden or enjoying the antics of her two Boston Terriers, Rhett and Scarlett, who are as charismatic as their names suggest.

Now, Kimberly is leading the charge in managing properties across the surrounding areas while also spearheading our exciting new Second Home Management Division! This is a new venture designed to bring peace of mind and high-touch service to second homeowners.

Born and raised in England, Amy’s journey has been one of compassion, creativity, and bold new beginnings. It was there that she met her husband and welcomed their first son, all while earning her BA in Therapeutic Arts and dedicating her early career to supporting families with disabilities. A decade ago, she and her family crossed the Atlantic and found home in the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia, a place she quickly fell in love with for its charm, community, and endless possibilities.

Amy began her stateside career as a teacher’s aide, where her natural ability to connect with others quickly shone through. But it wasn’t long before she discovered her true calling in real estate. Now, with over seven years in the industry, three wonderful children, and a career she truly thrives in, Amy is proud to bring her heart and hustle to her role as a Property Manager with Liz Moore.

Known for her upbeat spirit, warm energy, and no-nonsense work ethic, Amy is the kind of person who turns clients into friends. Property Manager, Monica Schrum, is a native of the Virginia Peninsula. Her expertise and knowledge of the area are of great benefit when servicing her owners and tenants alike. She first worked in association management before transitioning to property management in 2010, earning over 10 years of experience.

Monica’s philosophy has always been to “put her clients on a pillow” and carry them through the process. From basic maintenance upkeep to ensuring vacancies are filled, Monica handles every step of the way with ease due to her expertise and sharp management skills. Her clients always have peace of mind and receive the highest standards of professional excellence.

Working with Monica allows the client to experience owning an investment property with minimal stress and maximum results. She takes pride in her responsiveness and attentiveness; her deep industry knowledge gained from over a decade of experience has deemed her a master of foresight within property management.

Monica lives in the historical neighborhood Pasture Point in downtown Hampton with her husband and four fur babies, all goldendoodle rescues. She loves walking her dogs on the downtown waterfront or on the beach in search of sea glass.

Kandi joined Liz Moore and Associates in 2017 and has been a Production Coordinator in the Richmond office and after 6 years, transitioned into a Property Manager position.

I was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA where I graduated from Oscar Smith High School in 2001. I relocated to Chesterfield in 2014 with my husband Josh and our 2 boys Kyle (18) and Shane (14). We love living here and couldn't imagine not!! I love what our company accomplishes daily. I am excited and ready for the challenge of a busier year!
