We complete a detailed photographic inventory of your investment property to document condition prior to a prospective tenant's possession, which can be an invaluable tool should concerns or questions arise in the future.
We perform extensive credit and background checks on all prospective tenants.
We have affordable and reliable contractors on call to handle any emergency that may arise. Note that we do not own a contracting company, and there is no potential conflict of interest between your property manager and any affiliates we may refer.
We stay in touch
with your property and with you! Bi-annual property visits, quarterly drive by visits, detailed monthly and annual statements.
